Lawpoint is looking for a highly ambitious, talented juniour lawyer with 1-3 years PQE who is hungry to ramp up their family, estates and property law experience.
This is a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation primarily in family, estate and property law, however candidates eager to gain experience across various areas will have the opportunity to do so.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling a variety of legal matters across family law, property law and wills & estates.
- Managing matters with increasing autonomy while receiving mentoring and guidance.
- Attending court proceedings, mediations and client meetings, developing advocacy skills.
- Liaising with highly regarded senior counsel.
- Conducting legal research and drafting advice, pleadings, Wills and related estate legal documents and more.
- Building strong client relationships and developing a professional network.
- Working with legal technology including PEXA and Leap Legal.

Essential experience and qualifications
- A minimum of 1 years PQE to a maximum of 5 years PQE with a current NSW practising certificate.
- Previous experience in a law firm.
- 1 year of experience in at least one of the following areas: family law, property law, wills & estates.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Strong client relationship skills.
Highly Regarded Experience
- Experience in transactional property law.
- Experience drafting Wills, POAs and EGs.
- Experience with Leap Legal Software
- Experience with PEXA.
